University Structure and Governance Committee (USGC) 
Response to Charge S-1302 on Full-Time, Non-Tenure-Track Faculty Senators and Response to Charge S-1307 on Senate and Executive Committee Eligibility - Peter Gillett and Jon Oliver, USGC Co-chairs
Note: These two reports reference each other. One or both may be modified by the USGC before voting occurs at this meeting. Any such changes will be announced during this portion of the meeting. The recommendations in the report on Charge S-1307 include a change to Senate Bylaws/University Policy. In accordance with established parliamentary procedure, this report was introduced and  discussed at the February meeting, and is now up for adoption by the Senate.

*Note: Addition of items to the Agenda requires a two-thirds vote. There is an overall time limit of 2-1/2 hours for Senate meetings. Specific time limits are set for questions and debate, not for presentation of reports. After approval, extension of time limits requires a two-thirds vote.
