PLEASE NOTE:  This is a Special Meeting of the University Senate, called to discuss responses to the Report of the Task Force on Undergraduate Education.  The agenda is limited, and does not include administrative, board, Executive Committee, nor campus faculty liaison reports.

REPORTS OF VARIOUS RESPONDENTS ON THE REPORT OF THE TASK FORCE ON UNDERGRADUATE EDUCATION

Responses to the Report of Task Force on Undergraduate Education from various constituencies, which have been posted on the Senate website's "Current Issues" page, will be heard in the following groupings:

• Faculty, including the Report of the New Brunswick Faculty Council
• Student Governing Associations
• Deans

[Lunch will be provided in the Lounge outside the Multipurpose Room at approximately noon.]

[Continuation of Summaries of Responses to the Report of the Task Force on Undergraduate Education, if not completed before lunch.]

BREAKOUT INTO SENATE STANDING COMMITTEES (no later than 1:30 p.m.)

*Note: Addition of items to the Agenda requires a two-thirds vote. There is an overall time limit of 2-1/2 hours for Senate meetings. Specific time and limits are set for questions and debate; not for presentation of reports. After approval, extension of time limits requires a two-thirds vote.
