Understanding that the Coalition On Intercollegiate Athletics was formed to address nationwide issues regarding college athletics, ASRAC recommends University Senate endorsement of the COIA Framework for Comprehensive Athletics Reform as a useful contribution to discussions at schools and conferences about the future direction of intercollegiate athletics.
