Wadia to Ken Swalagin: “The Equal Opportunity Committee has ruled
that the issue of a labor dispute does not fall within the purview of our
committee and for that reason the committee is not the appropriate place
wherein to formulate a resolution in the matter of the alleged Iranian
Faculty Strike. This does not preclude any of our committee members gathering
information on this matter and reporting it to the Executive Committee
or the Full Senate.”
