After careful consideration of the Targum Concept Plan and much discussion, the Student Affairs Committee formally approves the Concept Plan and affirms the educational value of the Targum to the students of New Brunswick/Piscataway.

The Committee did, however, agree that the educational value of the Targum could be further advanced through the extensive coverage of the breadth of campus events and activities by student writers/reporters, and a decreased reliance on AP and College Wire services.
