EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE FULL-TIME FACULTY (Elect Five) [Explanatory Note: Executive Committee (EC) Full-time Faculty Members include one from Camden, one from Newark, one from New Brunswick, and two at-large (any campus). Nominations from the floor for Chair will cause all faculty Chair candidates to be entered into the pool of candidates for EC Full-time Faculty, to avoid the need for a runoff election mid-meeting. You would then be instructed to vote for one (or more, if there are multiple faculty nominations from the floor for Chair) more faculty EC candidate than will ultimately be elected, so you can be assured that your vote for a candidate who wins as Chair or Vice Chair will not be wasted in the EC category. However, if you vote for more EC Faculty than instructed, it will invalidate the EC Faculty portion of your ballot, so please follow the instructions of the Nominating Panel chair carefully. The candidates receiving the highest number of votes in each campus category (Camden, Newark, New Brunswick) will secure those positions, and the At-Large positions will be filled by those who receive the highest number of votes from the remaining candidates.]
