Notes: A
second round of recommendations on the Task Force report will appear on
the Senate's February 24, 2006 agenda. During today's discussion,
individuals will be limited to a three-minute maximum at the
microphone, and no person may speak twice until all who wish to speak
have been heard. Vice Chairperson Samuel Rabinowitz will assume
the chair while Chairperson Cotter presents the above report.
