ELECTION OF NEWARK STUDENT MEMBER OF THE SENATE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE, AND GRADUATE STUDENT REPRESENTATIVE TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
- These elections are being held at this meeting because no eligible candidates were nominated during the April 2012 election. Nominations may be made from the floor during this meeting. Candidates are eligible only if they are currently certified as University Senators in the appropriate category or program (Newark student, or graduate student from any campus).

COMMITTEE REPORT

Instruction, Curricula and Advising Committee (ICAC) Response to Charge S-0808A on Implementation of 2006 Senate Recommendations on Availability of Syllabi - Natalie Borisovets, ICAC Chair

The ICAC was charged as follows:

Implementation of 2006 Senate Recommendations on Availability of Syllabi: Consider and report on the Proposal submitted by Senator Candice Greaux, and the related resolution from the Rutgers University Student Assembly, regarding implementation of the Senate's recommendations on availability of syllabi, contained in the 2006 Instruction, Curricula and Advising Committee's Response to Charge S-0313, Availability of Syllabi during Add/Drop. Also consider how new technologies, and emphasis on learning goals and assessment objectives for courses, have changed the definition of "syllabus." Respond to Senate Executive Committee by September 2012.
