Committee Reports

University Structure and Governance Committee (USGC) Response to Charge S-1201 on Senate Size and Composition- The USGC has been charged as follows:

Senate Size and Composition: Consider the effective functioning of the University Senate in light of past and possible future changes in its composition and size, together with recent patterns of active participation, and the structure of comparable bodies at other universities, and recommend changes to University Policies and the Senate Handbook, as appropriate. Respond to Senate Executive Committee by December 2012.


Issues/Proposed Charges:

Request to Amend Standing Charge of the Budget and Finance Committee (BFC) submitted by BFC Chair Menahem Spiegel: BFC Chair Menahem Spiegel requests that the BFC's standing charge be amended to include an annual report on the Rutgers University Budget.
